We look forward to seeing you at the 102nd Annual Council. This web page has information that will help you register for the meeting, nominate someone for a diocesan office, submit legislation and arrange for hotel accommodations if you need them. 

You can also find information about events that are planned in conjunction with the meeting.

 

Cost

Cost for attending the council meeting is $100 per person, to cover meals and materials. Guests are invited to register as individuals. Parish registration information is available here as well. Nominations for elective offices

A number of diocesan offices are up for election.  Nominations for office, in order to be posted on our website and circulated in council packets, must be submitted by Oct. 1. For instructions, click here.

If nominations are to be made on the first legislative day of council (Nov. 14), please prepare 550 copies of the nominee's qualifications and present them to Janet Patterson, Chair of Annual Council Committee on Nov. 14.

 

Legislation

Deadline is Oct. 1 for submitting resolutions to be posted on the diocesan website and in delegate packets. Amendments to the diocesan constitution or canons must be submitted by Oct. 14. For details on formatting and where to send such documents, click here .
